Centuries ago, long before the birth of King Arthur and long before the invasion of the Angelo-Saxons, the elvish realm of Sylenor was at war with the Roman Empire. Countless times, the Romans had attacked the elvish kingdom. Freya, the mighty Goddess, had enough of watching the bloodshed between the Elvish people and the mundane. She cast a spell on a sword called the Eldr Pheonix to cloak the world of Avalon to protect its people from the evil doings of the mundanes. Now, only love between the two species can unite the two worlds once again.
Not every fairytale has a happily ever after... For nearly five centuries, Freya's cloaking spell on the sword, Eldr Phoenix, remained the anchor to the veil of Avalon, keeping it hidden from the Roman Empire and the Angelo-Saxon mundanes. While Edlr Phoenix kept Avalon cloaked and safe from harm, outsiders could still enter the mystical realm, provided they could find the entrance. Like the blackest of nights, the ten kingdoms remained hidden, clinging to their secrets since life on Avalon first began until, one day, Avalon was no longer hidden.
One day, Queen Azura of Sylenor of the Wood Elves was helping her people in Crescent Village after a storm had ripped through their shops and homes. A messenger carried a message for her containing the king's seal. When she opened the parchment and read the message, her eyes widened with fear. Her kingdom had fallen under attack, and her husband, King Warrick, had received a mortal wound. She was to return to her kingdom immediately if she wanted to be by her husband's side during his last hours. Naturally, she fled the village to be at her husband's side during his final hours, only to get captured by someone she trusted and end up in the hands of the Roman Empire.
When the handsome King Arthur and his knights rescue Azura and begin on their journey to return her to Sylenor, Merlin appears and tells the king he must return to Camelot because his kingdom has fallen under attack. During the adventures surrounding Camelot, the handsome King Arthur and the beautiful Queen Azura fall in love. Will their love break the spell on Eldr Pheonix and reunite Britain and Avalon? Can the two worlds co-exist and live together, or will darkness and tragedy fill the land?
